Win2k it is.. BUT WAIT

OK, I have decided on upgrading to Win2k. I have a primary and secondary harddrive. If I partition the primary with NTFS and keep my secondary FAT32, will they be compatable together? I mean will win2k be able to use and read the files off the secondary hdd?
