I keep getting a stop error 0X50 code PAGE FAULT IN NON PAGED AREA , BSOD randomly , i cant seem to narrow down the cause. The only thing i haven't done yet is a proper memory test. But i really want to make sure its not something else before bothering with an RMA.

Ive scanned for virus's and root-kits with MBAM, nothing showed up
I ran memtest for 3 hours on both sticks (both connected)(not a proper test)
I also ran a test on my hard drive with sea tools the only thing that failed was a Short DST
There is no windows file integrity violations
Ive ran chkdsk as well
At first i thought it might be skype causing something, because when i cleared it and did a fresh install, nothing happened, fast forward to today its happening again ><
Really want this resolved before the 13th , If there's anything else i need to provide let me know.
Or if its easier to just start an RMA and get it over with let me know that too on the ram, the drive will hopefully be replaced soon either way. This system is less than a year old
EDIT : updated graphics drivers and reinstalled programs it was happening on, waiting to see if that was the problem will persist or not
