win7 64-bit wants to install various drivers at each boot

At each boot, Win 7 64-bit wants to install about 12 drivers (sometimes fewer but they are always from the same 12).

They are:
VIA standard PCI bridge to bridge
USB root hub x3
Generic USB root hub
Creative SB Audigy 2 ZS (WDM)
1394 OHCI compliant heat controller
VIA USB enhanced heat controller
VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal host x2
Companion controller x2
PCI input device

The installation always succeed except for PCI input device which always fails

so what your saying is that when you shut down its like the drivers were lost and when windows re loads its got to find them and reinstall them??

Did you install the drivers from the system vendor drivers or how are you installing them? If you're just letting Windows find them, go to the system or motherboard vendor support site and install the Chipset Drivers. If this keeps happening, try resetting the BIOS to defaults.
