I wonder why I can't get my 2GB Dual-channel Corsair Dominator to run at its maximum of 1066 now that I'm using 64bit Win7. It used to work fine with 32bit Vista, but now the PC can't get past the boot process after I set 1066 in the bios. As of the moment everything is fine at 800. I'd like to know if there are any tweaks I can do to maximize my ram.

It's a Gigabyte MA-790x-DS4, AM2+ socket with Phenom processor. Current Bios version is the latest, 10d. I'm thinking of using a lower F7 version of Bios which worked with 1066 before.
