win7 does not load

Im operating win7 ultimate 32 bit on my desktop pc. recently win7 become stopped after show startup screen. its became totally blank. but when im restart from safe mode win7 start work again without any problem. so my question to experts why its happen and how i fixed it....

You've installed some software or driver which Windows does not like, so try to remember what you installed just before the problem started, then remove it in safe mode. You should then be okay.
