I can’t believe Microsoft shot me in the foot again and didn’t give me/us the much loved and much used Windows XP/Windows 7 FreeCell. I’ve found no references to this topic searching this site, which surprises me, and using Google, only one possibility that claims to be able to provide the Classic FreeCell, winaero. Has anyone tried this? Is it legit and does it look and feel like classic FreeCell?

if not, are there any other options?

Thanks but no thanks. Microsoft’s free version is loaded with ads and you have to pay an annual fee for an ad free version.
I am hoping to find someone who is using winaero. Their site is not well designed and it’s not that easy to be sure of what you are downloading.
