Win7 read write speed problem

Hi guys.
I recently installed a third party version of this window7 but I am surprised and also upset when I wanted to copy a 4gb file from had to a cruiser blade 32gb USB flash card as it dropped speed to minimum 2mb/sec.. I wonder what it's cause

A USB hub driver problem as I use auto driver 2014

An outdated driver for USB thing

Or my windows7 caused that

Or my SanDisk cruiser blade 32gb

The write speed was 29 mb min. Before I installed my new Win7

3rd party version of Windows 7? Would that be a hacked illegal copy? Try a real one with driver updates from the computer vendor and see if that helps. Don't use any driver utilities, they are most often just vehicles for spyware.
