Win8 vs win8 pro vs win8 OEM

Hello, Building my second budget rig, AMD FX chip, to be used for video editing, lite gaming. Will also use VM box for virtual versions of WinXP, Vista & Win7 for video purposes.
Is there any reason to go Pro? and I understand OEM now allows for personal use.

If your experienced then get the OEM. Pro is a waste.

Go 8 OEM non pro version.

Just a note...windows 8 OEM is now transferrable to a new computer , but just one computer at a time.

With 7 oem it's not transferrable.
