How can I slow down the cpu without paying money for it? and for longer than 20min and not a trial. thanks

Solution basroil Oct 22, 2015 It's not worth it to bother with that. What you can try though is using virtual box and a legitimate copy of Windows 95 in a virtual machine. That should work.
