Win98-2 error. 033F:000055C3

When exiting one application Windows 98 2:nd edition hangs with a blue screen.
The same application is running fine on other almost identical machines. (Almost = different amount of RAM-memory)
In the blue screen the address shown is:
0D 033F:000055C3
You can not procedd with Windows after this.
Is this an address pointing to RAM and which RAM/bank/card could it be?

which app? and is it only that application that does it? that is a memory address but it could be windows is "dying" or hardware...also how many sticks of ram are in teh machine? get back to me with that information and i will see what i can do...
