This a minor release with few bug fixes and few experimental features.
It is available on www.sourceforge.net/projects/winace.

Fixes:

Changed the default for spy/look/llook/coastwatch to off.
Fixed scuttle to show tradeship results.
Fixed the overflowing of the command buffer.
- important for the CopyGameDB feature.

Enchancements:

Added the ability start at your capital instead of 0,0.
- option is set in the options form.
- useful for common origin between allies.
Continuing to improve CopyGameDB function.
Added new function for PrintMaps (experimental).
- the preview/print function does not calculate exactly correct but
seems to work.
- Bmap function is done for the whole map but only at the screen
resolution.

Also the 2.4.20 supports the parsing of most xdump outputs.
The 'Use xdump instead of dump' option is not operational yet.
