Changes for WinACE 2.4.22.
WinACE is available for download from
www.sourceforge.net/projects/winace.
The patch can be applied to versions 2.4.2 or newer.

Fixes
Fixed file redirection for xdump.
Delay sending the update commands by 10 seconds to avoid being dump
being aborted,
this is important for the changes to the WIN32 server which now aborts
commands at updates as of 4.2.20.
Fixed navmarkers to deal with SWEEP capabilities.
Fixed the unit filter for enemy unit to work with country #s greater
then 10.

Enhancements
More development for the future UTF8 mode on the server.
Changed to accomodate deity read's syntax changing in 4.2.21.
Continuing to improve CopyGameDB function.
Enhanced FLASH/BROADCAST error handling to deal with empire hub
flashes.
Note this is the linix/unix version of the hub, not WinHub which is
already
supported by WinACE.
Changed the unit filter combo box to store Nations instead of Fleets
for deity mode.
Info pages have been updated to 4.2.20.
Added to "Add Update Avail" checkbox to the "Use Current Avail".

Explaination for Avail and the Build Tool and the new option "Add
Update Avail".

If you do Ship Build and then Sector Update then you should use "Use
Current Avail".

If you do Sector Update and then Ship Build then you should use "Use
Update Avail".
This can be done by adjusting you budget priorities, see info Budget.
The "Use Update Avail" is not intended to show you what you can build
on the next update.

If the "Add Update Avail" check box is set in this mode WinACE will to
add
the update avail to the current avail.
The "Not Used:" field will consider the rollover avail setting, this
means
maximum the "Not Used" can be is amount that can be rollover and update
avail.

Initially, the wrong files were uploaded to sourceforge.net.
The sourceforge.net has been updated.

When you download the verify that you get winace-2.4.22-*.zip and not
winace-2.4.20-*.zip.
