This release contains a few bug fixes and a few minor enhancements.
The new release is available at www.sourceforge.net/projects/winace.

Enhancements:

Added more colors to BuildTool - max eff Green, 100% blue.
Switched "Left:" to show Not Used: if "Left:" is empty in the Build
Tool.

Added excess civilians to the graduated and conditional color schemes.

Added enlist center to the estimate tool.

Added the actual firing range column to ships and lands in the unit
grids. I am planning moving these columns to the left if there is
interest. Suggestions welcome.

Added all sectors option to Commodity Total using a star.

Moved Copy Game Database to a separate form, Added nation to Copy Game
Database, added dist, deliver and terr to sectors, fixed units to work
with server 4.2.13.

Fixes:

Removed the 999 worker avail limit so the production report matches
the server. Note, there is rounding error Production report in
servers older then 4.2.15.
Fill in simulated build into the label below the production grid in
the Build Tool.
Fixed up "ns" option for assault and attack.
Fixed run time error in processing sector damage from dropping nukes.

The patch file can be used on versions 2.4.4 or 2.4.6.

If you have any questions or problems you can post a bug or suggestion
to www.sourceforge.net/projects/winace or you can email me at
rkoenderink@yahoo.ca.

I am currently researching the problem with install in WinXP Home.

A few minor problems with 2.4.8

WinACE sometimes shows two designations for a sector that is taken
over. See the r.g.e. posting for more details.

The F4 distribution and deliveries are not showing the values for the
commodities selected.

The Unit view is not displaying correctly if you deselected some
units. For example, if you deselect a ship it will not disappear but
change to a land unit.

These problems are fixed and will be in the next release.

I was doing some code cleanup on the mapping software and missed a
couple details.

Let me know if you having any other problems so I can included them in
the next release. You can email at rkoenderink@yahoo.ca or post them
to www.sourceforge.net.
