wind tunnel cases

Anyone have a wind tunnel case like they sell at coolerguys? It looks like it provides max air flow. My only concern would be the noise factor. They dont list the dba rating so I am hesitant about buying one of those cases.

They just take some decent cases and put in a couple more fans, nothing too special about that. 3dcool.com does the same thing and so does AMK and probably other companies I don't know about. Coolcases.com and Designcomp.com will do exceptional custom case modifications at a premium price also.
