For some reason most of my message didn't go through here is a copy.

Hi, I have been experiencing problems for two days now after an unexpected crash following an OpenGL glitch with some shaders.

my specs
1tb hdd
gtx660 ti
Msi z87 g45 mobo
10 gb ram ( tested externally np's'
850 watt psu ( again tested externally works fine)
and 4670k oc'd to a stable 4ghz with a seidon 120mm watercooler

ze problems

At first stuck in a repair loop ( fixed using some cmd prompts)
did a system restore
Then system reset
Then complete clean installation of wind 8 from a USB.
every attempt the following occurs

boots correctly to windows 8 using intergrated graphics
upon reboot : the same issues arise : repair /diagnostic (and subsequent failure to repair).
gives a myriad of options/advanced options
have proformed the following
chkdsk + chkdsk /f on main and partitioned hdd
bootrec ( all functions where applicable)

On each windows reinstall/reset I get the same background image on desktop , one that was downloaded a while back; this lead me to suspect the clean install. As such I cleaned out the (d:) Parton and did another system reset.
following this I also attempted installing gpu drivers /network drivers
Same result
to confirm that the installed drivers were not at fault I attempted a reset and restart/boot without making any changes
same result

any help here very much advised
I doubt my gpu could cause this kind of problem on startup especially when the drivers are not installed and only intergrated is used.
