Windforce 2x 750ti framedrops

Hi,i purchased a 750ti windforce 2x the past december,however only the last 1,5 i use it for everyday gaming.The problem i have is that in many games i experience framedrops.

I play mgs v on 1080p medium high and i get 60fps but sometimes the frames drop to 30 and then go back to 60.I tried to monitor both cpu(i7 920) and gpu during gaming.My cpu temps wont go under 50c and my gpu is always at 60 -62c.However when i check the gpuz monitor screen,the moments when i experience framedrops gpu clock was lowered to 900mhz and then went back to normal.

Will this means that my gpu is faulty?Also i tried to play the game on lower settings 720p medium and i had the same problem.

My conclusion considered my little knowledge is that gpu lower its clock for some reason and its not caused by demanding scenes during gaming.

Well normally the GPU lowers its clock speed when it reaches high temperature. So you might have missed the moment the GPU reached 80c. Do you have a graph with the temperature which you can record and look at?

In gpuz its shows highest gpu temp 62c during the throttling.So i dont think its a thermal issue.

So you are sure that GPUZ records your temps for the whole period, drops included, hm. Ok then what is your full system build if I might ask? Also can you post an MSI afterburner graph if the GPU usage (they have a better, detailed information for a period of time and make sure that the FPS drop is included).
