I am trying to move from a 1 Tb WD Blue HDD to a 240 Gb Samsung 840 Pro SSD. To make it so that my data will fit onto my 840 Pro I moved all my games, documents, music, pictures, videos, and projects onto a different Toshiba HDD temporarily and then deleted them off the WD HDD. However, when I went to the Samsung Data Migration Utility it said my HDD was still over 100 Gbs too big. So I went to WinDirStat (a program for analyzing drives), and it told me the WD drive was 51.1 Gbs (which seemed about right). Then just to confirm WinDirStats readings (even though it is a very trusted program) I checked the C: drive properties (the C: drive is the WD drive) and it told me it was 341 Gbs (which would match the Samsung Data Migreation Utilty). What should I do??????
Thanks?
