Windos 10 help

I have a windows 10 and its on a bootloop at "Automatic startup Repair" where it goes to a black screen with my cursor and then nothing happens. I've watched videos where after 3 or so times the advance option will automatically come up but thats not happening.
I then downloaded an iso file with windows 10 so that i can boot up from there to go into safemode
i already changed the boot menu to boot from flash and saved. Now when it says to press any key to boot
it says "BOOTMGR" is missing press ctrl+alt+delete to restart and the combination doesnt work. My keyboard is fine. Helpp

Did you burn the ISO onto DVD or Use rufus to burn it onto USB? It sounds like the iso is not configured to boot

As you have the OS installed, you can try to do a startup repair from the installation media.
