Question Window 10 display settings

So I having this one weird issue is not really a big deal ..

When I right click and go display setting , the screen automatically brighten up and then I hover my mouse away from the display setting the brightness will turn back normal.

I do have the F.lux installed.

I notice this ever since I updated to the latest windows.

Does it happen if F.lux is disabled?

did you update GPU drivers after reinstall?
