[SOLVED] Window 10 doesn't show 7.1 surround sound option for my headphone

Hi everyone, I just bought a Dareu headset, check the specifications and check the reviews to confirm that it definitely supports 7.1 surround sound. But when checking on windows, it only supports Stereo (2 sides). Is there any way to fix this?

The headset I bought is this one, definitely supports 7.1 surround sound:

This headphone is connected by USB port, I tried to resinstall the driver but it won't work either.

Simulated 7.1 not actual 7.1 drivers. Windows only recognises 2 speakers / stereo because that's all there is. Common mistake. Use the software the headphones is designed for to emulate surround.
