Question Window 10 problems.

Hi, as per the video below, what does this issues called?
i have no idea how to look for help.

it has been at least 2 month since i got an update for window 10, roughly on October. I have 3 laptops, 3 are having the same issues.

it happened to all screen and window, no matter it is full screen or at smaller screen. Once the cursor moved, everything moved.

do you have a gaming mouse? looks like you have the double click set to on.

Try going to Ease of access-> Mouse and turn off Mouse keys if on. If not, check if other mouse accessibility utilities are turned on (ie Click lock) and turn them off.

I turn off the mouse key, and the problem still exist.

No, my mouse is just an ordinary optical mouse.
