Window 7 audio wont work properly

I purchased hp laptop, pavilion g6, window 7 before five months. there were two partitions c and D. D was fixed for recovery which is damaged now. How can i recover window 7, my sound is now working properly as well. any suggestions

Recovery partitions are pretty hard to damage. What exactly do you mean, damaged, and what events lead up to this ?
