i keep getting code 43 everytime i try to install my lexmark x5470

Hi,
Lexmark error code 43 relates to either -

Font card removed with power turned on.
Defective font card
Defective system board

If turning the printer off and on again does not resolve the issue, it sounds like the unit needs to be repaired as it is hardware related.
