Window 7 slow

I format my computer and next do updates and this happens: when i boot for the first time CPU are 100% using and if i shut down and boot again pc its normal. And this happens again on next day if i boot i cant do nothing because CPU 100% and its very very very slow but if i shut down and boot again its normal.
But CPU only are on 100% when appear desktop.

Windows may be completing configurations, finishing up installation and/or cleaning up after itself.

Depending what the update was and what you have running, it may also need to index etc

leave it for 10 or 15 minutes and see if the cpu usage drops

I do that for one hour..
and one thing weird i dont have restore point and i do one when.

oh and i format my PC likes 5 times because when do updates freeze all the time on window 7 when starting. and on this time i do like 10 updates then more 10 updates then 10 updates and work but now its broke again.
I think this only happen when i shut down and say need do updates and when i turn on on next day PC slow

This is most likely a hardware issue or you have not installed the drivers for a particular part of the system. Which bit of hardware is anyones guess. When CPU goes to 100% can you please do a Ctrl + Alt+Del and go to the processes tab and let us know which process is hogging the processor time.

Its impossible open ctrl + alt +del pc freeze hard

hmm i install drives i do scans and happens the samething today i turn on and again i try to open ctrl+alt+del and say 99% cpu free (1% task manager) i think my CPU are broked
