Window 7 Suddenly Restart

My pc suddenly restart while gaming or exiting game i don't know what to do right now !

My pc
Amd FX-8350
Sapphire R9 390 nitro (oc)
8 GB of ram
500 GB of Hard Drive (Western Digital Blue)
650 W Of PSU (Cooler Master)
Asus M5A97 2.0

I already downgrade my window 10 to window 7 but not working
I have check my ram and all cable was plug in right place
BTW that new pc i building my self *Bad English

i have fix that problem
there have cable conflit plug to my psu. i connected fan cable using psu not direct from mobo
