i updated please review

and i have Malwarebytes but that is a free version so it never controls my window defender i only do scan from it
It's been a while since I had mbam but as I recall there was an option to 'run at startup'.
How long have you had mbam installed and is this the free version or paid?
Perhaps uninstall mbam and see if defender will start.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Did the problem just occur or has the problem been occurring for some time?

Any known Windows updates or other software changes?

Have you just installed or run any other AV or anti-malware software?

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer for additional error codes and warnings regarding Windows "Security". (Now named Windows Defender.)

Look in Update History for any Windows related installation problems.

Was Windows Defender working before and just stopped working?

What about software changes: any new installs or updates of any sort?

Any related entries in Reliability History and Event Viewer?

Look in Task Scheduler: any triggers that could be launching Malwarebytes?

What happened just before you started having trouble? As asked above did you install anything?
recently this problem has started and I didn't download any new software
nothing triggered that could launch Malwarebytes
recently I visited site that had too many pop up might be because of this some virus inserted in my laptop

Look in Task Scheduler again.

There may be nothing launching Malwarebytes but there could be some trigger disabling Windows Defender.

Use Process Explorer (Microsoft, free) to identify what all is running on your system.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/process-explorer

Also, I had noted your mention of "dism".

Try running "sfc /scannow" and then run "dism" again.

May find and fix some corrupted Windows files.
