window deselecting itself

when i am working in a window,it deselects itself and selects with in 2 seconds. Due to this can't able to play games and i am not able to type correctly.so please give me a solution

Genuine version of windows? fully patched?
what apps you got running? all windows or app ones?
you run a malware scanner? (check Malwarebytes)
you given us nothing to go on.
so you cant expect much useful advice apart from "reinstall windows"
