[SOLVED] Window dragging lag on high end system ?

I have:

RTX 2080 Super
i9-9900k OC'd to 5GHz
32GB RAM

Starting just a few days ago, there has been a weird window dragging lag on my PC. Especially in Zoom. Also, when I watch a youtube video, the window dragging becomes just choppy and not nearly as smooth as it usually is. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the graphics driver. Something weird is that if I start recording with GeForce experience, the lag stops. Suuuuper weird. I'm thinking that I may have a virus but windows defender and avast both say that I don't. Any help would be great.

Hi there,

Sometimes issue like that can be cause by the mouse polling rate. Do you have gaming mouse/software. You might try change the polling rate down to below 500, and see if that stops the dragging lagging ()
