Window Explorer dissappeared.

So I clicked "End Task" in the Task Manager to stop Window Explorer, and now I got just an empty screen with just the Security icon on it, after I logged in to Windows, and it won't even do anything at all when I move the mouse to the sides and corners, or even right clicking on the screen. How can I get Window Explorer back again?

If the task manager is still open, click the option to start a new task and type in "explorer.exe"
