window installion stuck

when im installing window 7 it stucks in setup is starting but after 15 min its came to install window n then ill select installation drive then it show window is installling but its percenentage did not increase it stuck on expanding window what was happening plzzzz anyone tell me

It will require you to enter safe mode with command prompt. You might even have to plug the drive into another computer and then when you say which drive to test, to make sure it is the correct drive you want to test.
