window is unable to complete formatting of my Usb.

my usb has been infected by virus which cannot be deleted if anyhow deleted comes back again, Also i am unable to format it even in device manager and CMD...
Please somebody help..

Hey Tehsi. If you're sure that this is a virus, I'd recommend that you update your anti-virus program's database and do a complete scan of your computer. I'd suggest that you also download an anti-malware program as well just in case and do the same. After you've cleaned up your computer, connect the flash drive and scan it with both programs and try to format it again. If you try the flash drive with another computer, make sure it has it's "defenses" up to date so that you don't infect it. Also some of the manufacturer's have formatting tool, which you could download from their websites, you should see if yours has one.
