Window randomly flashes HELP!

So I'm just minding my own business on my computer and then my window starts to flash rapidly. Like i can see everything on the window perfectly fine but the bar on the top with the X minimize full screen button flashes and I can click anything. If i click other windows the same thing happens. I just click my desktop until it stops. How do I fix this? I already scanned my computer for viruses

Hey,

A chkdsk /f /r wouldn't hurt, I've seen it fix a wide range of win related errors.

If not then more questions. 😛

Windows version?
Affecting entire desktop, all windows or just one window?

all windows and im using windows 7

Possibly a power overload, what is your PSU?
All hardware?

If you use mollex adapters, they might be causing the issues.
What is your motherboard.

Hard to say without knowing what you got, where you got it and how it's connected. Remove an external hdd if it is connected.
If you had multiple apps running, it could be that the ram is insufficient, the hdd is nearly full, or that the video card is way too hot, check your temps.
