Window size bug (?)

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this but i need some help damnit.

I'm playing league of legends but the game is somehow only display what you can see in the picture; http://i.imgur.com/Pv2fxun.jpg

Have you tried to uninstall leauge of legends and reinstall it. Also are you able to change the game from fullscreen to windowed and move it to change any settings

I can't access the settings, what you can see in the picture is all i can see. I should add that this happend the first time after loading the game up on a 4k screen.
