Am running windows 8.1 pro each time I try to upgrade it keeps asking for key, I already have invitation message in my task bar, wjat do i do?

Assuming you are Upgrading to Win 10, how are you trying to do this?
Exact steps, please.

Download the Media Creation Tool from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10/
Run it and select upgrade now(as opposed to creating a usb drive or ISO)

Also, amke sure you have atleast 20 GB free on your OS drive.
