Hello,

I am having problems connecting to the internet, nothing seems to work, what other options do I have to correct the problems. Updating doesn't work,because I can't get to through to the internet.

I am having problems connecting to the internet, nothing seems to work, what other options do I have to correct the problems. Updating doesn't work,because I can't get to through to the internet.

Need to start at the beginning. Exactly what is the issue and when did it start? Did you re-install Windows? Something else change? What have you tried already? Is the network card working? Check Modem/Router?

If you need to download drivers you need to download them on another computer and move them to the one with the issue using an external drive, CD, etc...

Chipset, ethernet, wireless, video, audio, etc...
