Hi mates.

I have a big problem. I play Cs go and H1z1.
Especially in H1z1 over 60 fps there is tearing problem.
I can activate VSYNC ON from nvidia 3d settings but this time there is a problem that called mouse input lag. So i want to play these game in windowed mode and the games will run at 60 fps.

But the problem is big. When i play the games in windowed mode i still get 100+ fps, i mean that in Windowed mode FPS is Not locked to 60 FPS.

I will show you my 3d settings and fps problem screenshots.

(I use -windowed -noborder- commands)

This problem orccurs in all games. H1z1 etc...
I don't know why FPS is Not locked to 60 FPS? I want to play games in windowed mode with 60 fps without using VYNSC on method.

2-3 days ago i was playing at 60 fps in windowed mode with -windowed -noborder commands but today i had this problem.

What do you think?
Please help me mates.

Thank you very much

If it was limited to the monitor refresh rate, you would be seeing 60 FPS...
The lag introduced by v-sync is...
I don't see why the framerate would be limited by running in Windowed mode.
v-sync is the right answer in most situations, this should be available in the game settings without using the control panel.
You can also try triple buffering as an alternative.

If you are really focused on these sort of games, you might want to consider a 120 Hz monitor that supports g-sync.

Thanks for your reply.
But i know that if a game runs in windowed mode fps is locked by monitor's refresh rate.
I have a 60Hz lcd monitor.
I was playing at 60 fps in windowed mode with out using VSYNC on method.
I don't know what the problem is.

The lag introduced by v-sync is very small. It is simply the time that a frame is delayed by waiting for the next refresh.
There is a bigger difference between using a 60 Hz and a 120 Hz monitor than there is between having v-sync on or off.
