So I was repartitioning my hard drive in order to get all the storage available on my hard drive. I ran the software and the partition seemed to be successful however when I tried to boot into windows it kept getting stuck. It would keep restarting (cycling through a codes). It would get the Ad which I believe is “BIOS handing over to OS” and then would restart. I booted into the BIOS and the drive was detected by the motherboard.

I created a windows recovery USB and ran the trouble shoot which took 2 hours. Once it had finished, I tried to boot and got the blue screen. This is where I got the error 0xc000000f. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am currently creating a USB windows installation tool using the media creation tool.

Usually I've encountered that BSOD when the HDD I was working with had a bad sector or was a failing/faulty HDD. You didn't mention the app you were using to repartition the drive. Did you have any valuable data on it? If you were merely trying to gain space, then you could've recreated the partition when you were reinstalling the OS.
