Windows 10 (0xc000007b) Error Message

Just installed Fallout 4 on my HP Pavillion. After having some pretty annoying .dll issues and for some reason, not being able to find the latest DirectX download. I've had to manually go in and install my missing .dll files. After installing my XINPUT1_3.dll file, I thought I was in the clear. Now. I've got a 0xc000007b message when I try to load Fallout's application. Already tried updating Windows C+++. Any other ideas?? (P.S. Also tried the C+++ Redistribute)

One of the first things would be to ensure you are you running it in compatibility mode for either W7 or W8.1.

I had a problem with a game of mine requiring an older DX, and I don't even remember how I solved that now.

I am running the application as admin and it is in compatibility mode for Windows 7. Still nothing... Anything else??

I'm trying to think how I fixed my issue - but it was an older DX....Fallout 4 is pretty new, so will be on DX11
