Windows 10 100% disk usage

Windows 10 100% disk usage caused by system in task manager. Please help me I can't use my pc. I have tried everything that I could find in 4 hours. Google doesn't tell shit. Help me guys.

Is it only new as of last week? Windows update started a process it wasn't running before
