Windows 10 100% ram usage

Suddenly halfway through the day my games began to stutter and then crash non stop. I restarted and then I couldn't even load some programs (ccleaner and battle.net ect) but i was able to scan with malware bytes and got nothing and idle I sit at almost 100%. Any ideas what could cause this as I'm not able to really do anything anymore and I have no idea why
I tried safemode and I still get the same issue

What computer are you using?

I7 4770k, 16gb ram, sandisk ultra 2 1tb ssd, gtx titan x, mask g65 mono and a corsair gs800 power supply

post a picture of the memory under the performance tab on the task manager.
