[SOLVED] Windows 10 1809 vs 1909

Windows 10 is forcing me to update to 1909 and they are telling me there will be no longer support for this ver, so what should I do?
I have ryzen 3 and I use my pc for gaming mostly

No.

Win 10 updates every 6 months, and they only support 3 versions of it at any one time. 1809 just got pushed out of the support zone by the release of 2004, if you just got 1909 it won't do it again for another year.
The newer versions are improvements (in most cases) over the old versions and include all updates.
