Question Windows 10 1903 update broke youtube, twitch and more

So after a forced win 10 update I encountered a problem with my Chrome browser - it doesnt play videos on youtube and twitch. Page itself loads but videostream does not start. Audiostreams also do not play. In Edge same pages work just fine. I tried cleaning browser data/cookies and reinstalling. After reinstall it started working for like a second but then again - nothing. No error no nothing.

Any ideas what to do with it?

Well, yeah Edge and newly installed Firefox work fine. I only used Chrome before on this PC.

Tried on and off. Didn't help. Changed Youtube's behaviour a bit so that links to videos started working (before nothing happened when I clicked on a video) but videos still don't start playing.
