[SOLVED] Windows 10 1903 Upgrade Problem

I had been using Win 10 1809 for a while and tried to upgrade my system to 1903.After i upgraded i experienced a huge sound quality drop in 1903 and used the recover option to get back to 1809.But the same issue keep happened in 1809.After looking what might have been the issue for 1 hour i tried to reset my sound blaster connect and it worked.Now i want to go back to 1903 and try if reseting the sound blaster would fix my sound problem just like it did in 1809 but after i performed a recover,the upgrade option to 1903 is not avaliable.Any ideas how can i upgrade it again?

How long did you wait for the option to appear? Its possible servers just have to realise you back on 1809 before they offer it.

Thanks! Just like i predicted resetting the sound blaster fixed my sound in 1903.Works like a charm.Got an another question.The taskbar colour looks so greyish to me.Anyway to change it to black like in 1809?Tried to find on settings but couldn't find anything.

choose personalisation
choose colours and in the drop down box under "Choose your Colour", pick Dark

I think it defaults to light

Turning off transparency worked for me.Thanks for taking a time to reply.
