Question Windows 10 2019 update forcing games to V-Sync

Hello, when I updated to windows 1903 (not sure exact number) my games now need to have V-Sync enabled, because it will make insane screen tearing if its not enabled. When i was using that old 2018 version before i dont needed to have that enabled and everything was ok. Is there way to fix that so i dont need have V-Sync enabled and it wont make that screen tearing ? Also sorry for my bad English

Yeah, just try updating all your drivers. That includes GPU from AMD/Nvidia, and system drivers from the manufacturer of your motherboard, and other peripherals. You need to update all these things after an OS update of that size.
