Hi,
I have old Sapphire Radeon HD 2400 XT graphic. I tried automatically installed drivers, manually installed 13.1 and 13.9 drivers, automatically installed drivers with CCC, but still experiencing very often crashes (both Windows 10 32/64bit).

Memtest OK.

The most of the crashes are without any dump file! Just fast LCD flash followed by restart.
Sometimes I was also able to get the following dumps. Are they connected with this GPU or is it caused by something else?

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 0x0000003b 00000000`c0000005 fffff802`fa4f88ca ffffd000`9af79bc0 00000000`00000000 ntoskrnl.exe ntoskrnl.exe+142480 x64 ntoskrnl.exe+142480

APC_INDEX_MISMATCH 0x00000001 fffff800`932bffd0 00000000`00000000 00000000`00080000 00000000`00000001 NTFS.sys NTFS.sys+fffd0 x64 ntoskrnl.exe+142480

Thanks for help

Hi,

Please do try doing a clean install of the graphics card driver that has help.
- First, open Device Manager and uninstall the AMD graphics driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to AMD.
- Once completely uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.
- Here's the link: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
- Reboot the laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot, do test it again and see if the same problem will persist or not.
