it happens randomly when i'm watching a youtube video or email, but when im playing a AAA title game the pc is completely fine, i checked the wall for 120v.
i tried OCCT and put the psu at about 300w for 10 minutes and nothing happened.

do you think it could be a faulty power strip?

OCCT includes 6 different tests : OCCT and Linpack for your CPU, Memory for testing system RAM, 3D and VRAM for your Graphic card, and Power to stress your power supply

what power plan are you running in windows?

I don't normally look outside system for causes. So I hadn't thought of the power strip.

my power plan is "high performance" thinking about it i did change it a couple weeks ago to get better fps in the game "velheim" but my crashing started 2 days ago happening maybe 2-3 times a day, again not while playing any games.
