Im having a problem where im unable to use the windows search facility as its acting weird as if i have a stuck button where i dont.

I have tried unplugging my keyboard and i still get the same results.

I have uploaded a video to show u what i mean but just cant fix the issue.

Anyone know of the cause or a fix?

Solution
No problem - I usually have "show signature" unchecked.

EVGA 750 g3 750w Gold 80+ PSU - how old? Heavy gaming or video editing use? Or bit-mining even?

Again, I would start with a reinstall of the mouse drivers.

If that does not work try "sfc /scannow" and "dism" via the Command Prompt.

May find and repair some file corruption problem within Windows.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Make and model mouse?

Manually download the applicable mouse drivers via the manufacturer's website. Reinstall and reconfigure.

If wireless mouse, try a new battery.
