Amazon is selling an OEM copy of Windows 10. In the offering, it states " The OEM operating system is not supported by Microsoft ". Does this mean that Microsoft Win 10 patches or new versions will not be augmenting this OEM copy?

I need a guide or a YouTube guru to list off the sequence of steps even if my parts listing isn't finished? Any ideas?Microsoft's site prepares you a bootable USB stick. You boot to it.
The other questions are un-answerable without knowing the parts. It's hard to do things out of order though.
