Hello! I have just installed Windows 10 on my USB and I have the following question: Can I save some files on the same USB but in a new folder?

Sure you can! Just add another folder and put in whatever you like. Whenever I install laptops at work, I make sure there's a folder with all the applications in it that the new Windows installation will need. Never a problem.
