windows 10 anniversary update problems

After i updated my pc to the latest anniversary update i noticed these problems

1. my task bar when it goes up and down its kinda slow and laggish

2. sometimes i freeze in my games for 1-2 seconds

3. i think my pc got slower after the update

4. i deleted all the backups and the windows.old that the update created in case you wanted to go back to the previous version because i thought i didn't need them

5. my windows its not activated so i cant stop my task bar from going up and down

Soo what should i do ?

how do i fix my laggish taskbar and make my pc and games run smoothly again?

right click start menu
choose comman prompt (Admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter

this might fix it.

have you looked to see if new drivers for your hardware? Update may require new drivers to run at right speed

why aren't you activated? were you before? you can go to settings/update & security/activation and run a troubleshooter here to fix it up.
